In the Transparent Dairy, visitors can watch how organic milk is turned into drinking milk, butter and cheese. During a guided tour, they can look directly into the dairy production via a glass corridor and learn everything worth knowing about the manufacture and production of organic milk specialities. Each tour ends with a tasting of the in-house products. The specialities of the Transparent Dairy include fresh organic hay milk, organic cheese specialities, organic barrel butter and yoghurt products. Guided tours are by appointment. They are also suitable for people with limited mobility. The farm shop sells the farm's own organic dairy products and other organic products.
