In the Transparent Dairy, visitors can watch how organic milk is turned into drinking milk, butter and cheese. During a guided tour, they can look directly into the dairy production via a glass corridor and learn everything worth knowing about the manufacture and production of organic milk specialities. Each tour ends with a tasting of the in-house products. The specialities of the Transparent Dairy include fresh organic hay milk, organic cheese specialities, organic barrel butter and yoghurt products.
