The "natural bakery" sells delicious organic baked goods. The bread dough is processed with self-grown 3-stage rye sourdough, without added sugar and enzymes. Staff are able to advise allergy sufferers and those with food intolerances, and the flours are glyphosate-free. Bread and cakes can be ordered with wheat flour, wholemeal spelt flour, rye flour or gluten-free buckwheat flour. Also present is a cyclists' café with a small snack bar. Take some time out here with coffee and cake.
