The Esperanto Stacio in Halbe is part of the restored, listed railway station ensemble from 1865 - with the station building, goods hall and Kaiserbahnhof. Today, the former station building is a centre of the worldwide Esperanto movement and a rural cultural hub with contemporary cultural activities. International workshops, seminars and events take place here. There are three multifunctional event rooms on the ground floor (former restaurant, ticket office and hall). On the upper floor, event guests can be accommodated in group flats.

The programme of the Esperanto Stacio is multifaceted. It includes international language and Esperanto courses, video game events (LUDO) or cultural readings and art exhibitions. The rooms can also be hired for events. 

The Esperanto Stacio is also a VR campus. The existing rooms are used to bring the potential of virtual reality, augmented reality, gaming and 3D visualisation to life. VR stations and experimental areas are used to try out new applications in order to promote digital skills and provide space for creative innovation.
