The boat house has space for around 40 boats up to 3.5 metres wide. It also has a slipway and a crane (up to 1.7 tonnes). During the winter, boats weighing up to four tonnes can be stored in the storage facility and kept dry. There are also garages and parking spaces for cars on site.
