The newly developed comfort trail starts right at the Wildau S-Bahn station and leads along a safe route to special places in town. The circular route of just under five kilometres is ideal for a relaxed walk and offers varied impressions of the green university town at the Dahme. Comfort trails are designed to be easily accessible for everyone. They run along flat, easily walkable and rollable paths, have no steep inclines, few steps and numerous opportunities to rest. This makes them particularly suitable for older guests, families with prams, people with limited mobility and anyone who likes to take it easy.

Along the way, there are many rest areas that invite you to linger. Benches at the market square, by the idyllic orchard meadow and in quiet spots along the riverside path with magnificent views of the Dahme flowing by. Along the way, you can enjoy peace and quiet or experience lively interaction – for example, at the playground with its calisthenics park, where young and old come together.

The contrast between nature and industrial culture is particularly appealing. Between the green riverside paths and the historic buildings of the Schwartzkopff settlement, the history of Wildau can be impressively traced. Restaurants and public toilets are conveniently located for a short break along the way.
