This walk offers an interesting mixture of the sights of Königs Wusterhausen with its small-town character such as the district of Deutsch Wusterhausen with its old village centre and Neu-Diepensee, a new district replacing a former village that was demolished to make way for Schönefeld Airport. In addition, there are idyllic natural spaces in the town, plus Königs Wusterhausen’s shopping street, plenty of cafés and restaurants, places to rest, urban and waterside paths – in short, this is a wonderfully relaxing town walk.
