The Dau family rents out a bungalow, a holiday apartment and a guest room. The property is centrally located on Fontaneallee in Wildau not far from Lake Zeuthen. The bungalow offers space for up to three people on an area covering 38 square metres. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a small open kitchen, a small corridor, a bathroom with shower, and a cosy terrace in the garden. The bungalow has electric heating and is only rented out during the warmer months of the year. Mediterranean tiles, wood and wicker furniture create a cosy atmosphere.

On the upper floor there is also a guest room for one person available for rent. It has a large bed, a desk, a television and a refrigerator. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The property is only 80 metres from Lake Zeuthen and ten minutes' walk from the S-Bahn station.
