Former bank director Paul Boese's exclusive hunting lodge lies only 45 minutes by car from the centre of Berlin, in a peaceful standalone location at the heart of a conservation area, on the southern bank of Lake Zemminsee. The 130-square-metre living space and the 30-square-metre covered terrace provide space for 4-5 people. The large property includes 70 metres lakeside, plus sunbathing lawns, space for sport, and magnificent old tree populations. A rowing boat is available for our guests beside our bathing platform and landing stage.
