The apartment has a combined living and dining area with kitchen unit, dining corner and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed plus a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The furnishings are simple and modern, with accents of colour to create a friendly atmosphere. Lake Köthener See, with its own bathing area, is about 100 metres from the apartment.

Three fully equipped guest rooms for two or three people each, plus possible extra bed(s), can also be rented.
