The natural bathing area on the edge of the lakeside resort in Motzen offers a large lawn for sunbathing, a playground, and toilets. The shore area is characterized by a sandy beach as well as a grassy edge. From the bathing area there is a beautiful view to the opposite shore of the Motzener See to the lido of Kallinchen. A gastronomic facility is located directly at the site. A parking lot can be used for a fee.

Motzener See is also known as the "wet cradle of German naturism" and is surrounded by the villages of Motzen and Kallinchen. It is located south of Berlin and Mittenwalde and lies in the Dahme lake district. It is about 202 hectares in size and offers numerous family-friendly activities. Not only swimming, but also surfing, fishing and diving is allowed on, at and in the lake. The lake has three swimming spots, a boat rental and a golf course with a golf club. Other surrounding bodies of water, meadows and forests offer fabulous hiking trails and biking tours to explore.

The clear lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Brandenburg and has been awarded the blue European flag. Motorboats are expressly prohibited. The water quality of the bathing area is regularly monitored by the district health office according to the Brandenburg Bathing Water Ordinance and has excellent water quality.
