The natural bathing area at Lake Tornow in Tornow has been classified as excellent by the public health department because of its excellent water quality. It is somewhat hidden in the village and has benches and tables. Entry into the almost crystal-clear water is partly flat. Not far away from the bathing area is a floating plastic island with a bathing ladder for lounging on. As no motorized boats are allowed on the lake, it is very quiet.
