The Große Zug is a lake in the area of Königs Wusterhausen, with its many waterways, and lies between the town districts of Ziegenhals and Niederlehme. At its northern end, the Große Zug leads into Lake Krossinsee, and to the south it runs into the River Dahme. Its location between the two town districts gives the bathing area by Lake Große Zug on Wernsdorfer Strasse its particular charm: It provides an opportunity for both locals and visitors to rest and relax.

The divided sunbathing lawn nestles between the trees right on the banks of the lake. In addition, it also has a beach volleyball field. A strip of sand by the shore provides wide, flat access to the lake with a view of the opposite shoreline. Right next to the site of the bathing area, there is a restaurant serving Croatian cuisine and a terrace right at the water’s edge.
