The almost 90-metre-high SkyPoint offers a breathtaking panoramic view. To the north, the skyscrapers of Gropiusstadt reach for the sky; to the south, the Dahme lake district stretches to the horizon. In the 1970s, this was the site of a rubbish dump for West Berlin, and the mountain continued to grow upwards. The redevelopment of the mountain was completed only a few years ago. It is now open to the public and has become a popular destination for walkers and cyclists.
