The main features of the Baroque style Königs Wusterhausen Hunting Lodge Park (originally established in the 16th century) were restored to form an entity with the castle. Today, the paths formed in geographic shapes and semicircles, together with the adjoining canals, lead to the castle, thus creating the unique apprearance of the park. The extensive lawns and multiple wooden banks in front of the pictoresque, yet simple castle offer plenty of possibilities to wind down. The park is also freely accessible. School and nursery groups and families regularly visit the park and the adjacent Mühleninsel island with a large water playground. A kayaking tour on the by-flowing canal Notte provides an unusual perspective of the park. There is also a kayak rental servive on the Mühleninsel island.
