The central tourist information office for the entire travel region is next to Königs Wusterhausen station. It acts both as the town’s information centre and as an agency for the Dahme-Spreewald regional travel company (RVS) and ticket agency.

This combination means that visitors can make use of many services in one place: Purchase of travel tickets for the Verkehrsverbund Berlin Brandenburg (Berlin Brandenburg public transport system), tickets for events and entrance tickets of all types, such as visits to thermal spas, advice and information about tourist activities in the region and tips on ongoing events, arrangement of accommodation and sale of fishing permits. Walking and cycling maps, publications and local literature of the region plus souvenirs and postcards are also available to buy.

E-bike batteries can also be charged during opening hours, but you must bring your own charger. The station building contains a training room for groups of up to 20 people, which can be booked via the tourist information centre.

Tourismusverband Dahme-Seenland e.V. was founded as a regional travel association in 1991. As a central umbrella organisation, the association works for more than 120 members in its offices in Königs Wusterhausen, where it also operates the central tourist information office.
