Heidemanufaktur handcrafts classic liqueurs and aromatic gourmet fruit spreads from local fruit and almost forgotten wild fruit varieties, such as medlar, cornelian cherry, and service tree. The processed fruit comes from the region, some from the Döllingen Pomological Display and Teaching Garden. The selection is therefore seasonal and constantly changing. Those interested in the products can submit their requests via the contact form on the Heidemanufaktur website, and delivery can be arranged upon request. Ms. Wetzel also organizes horse-drawn carriage tours through the "Loben" area, the heath, and the orchards, as well as guided hikes.
