The Hofmosterei Dobra fruit pressing facility uses a completely manual process. As a general rule, pure natural juices are produced without any additives. The fruit is washed several times, pressed and decanted into containers after the requisite short pasteurisation time. The fruit pressing facility has specialised in offering a seasonal contract fruit pressing service. The producers bring their fruit to the fruit press and after two to three days get the juice from their own fruits back in bag-in-box bags of three, five or ten litres. The bags are sealed and keep over the course of the year for up to three months once tapped.
The fruit pressing facility also offers its own natural juices. The fruit is bought by regional fruit farmers and processed by hand.
