It is hard to imagine the cultural landscape of the “Singers’ Town” of Finsterwalde without the Finsterwalder Brauhaus brewery. Beer has been brewed here since 1997: unfiltered and natural, high quality and unique freshness. Our experienced master brewer ensures this with the help of the most experienced technology. Brewery tours are a special experience. Visitors are introduced to the art of brewing beer in an entertaining way and are also allowed to sample it. The traditional Finsterwalder Brauhaus also serves delicious cuisine typical for the region. Several times a year, the Brauhaus lays on a rustic Brauhaus buffet, a delicious themed brunch or special holiday menu etc. The Brauhaus in the Bistro à la Hundertwasser serves varied and inexpensive dishes every day. Choose from a pasta, meat or fish dish and salad. The Brauhaus is also a lively place in other ways: whether live football broadcasts, live music or the Brauhaus disco - everyone is welcome here!
