The holiday home, built in 2023, is located directly at Bergheider See and offers space for up to 4 people and is a good starting point for cycling tours and discovering the surrounding attractions. The sandy beach is only about 50 metres from the holiday home. In two bedrooms there is a double bed with a width of 1.60m and a pull-out double bed with a slatted frame. From the open-plan living-dining area, a large sliding door leads directly onto the terrace and into the garden, which can also be used. A carport and a lockable storage room for surfboards, bicycles, etc. belong to the house. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
