The children’s riding school and the Icelandic breeding farm are located in the village on the edge of the heath landscape of the Lower Lusatian Heath Nature Park. Children can learn traditional riding here, as well as how to build up a trusting relationship with the animals. The farm has a riding area court and a tolting oval, as well as wonderful outdoor grounds – perfect for rides out. Apart from its Icelandic horses, the riding school also keeps ponies and large horses, which are kept in paddocks and on extensive pastures. One-week- long riding holidays are offered in the summer holidays, during which children can have a lot of fun with the horses, as well as receiving riding instruction.
