The little guest house is located on the edge of Hohenleipisch, in a separate outbuilding. There are three double rooms and two single rooms. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the entrance area of the guest house that is decorated in light colours, there is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast and recreation room with a television.

In the garden there is a pavilion with a barbecue area for cosy nights under the starry sky of the Lausitz region. The outdoor area also features a few further seating areas and parking space. In the village, there are a number of shops. Hiking trails and cycle paths connect Hohenleipisch with the nature reserve Forsthaus Prösa and the Lower Lusatian Heath Nature Park.
