The paved banks are located about 350 metre downstream from the bridge over the Schwarze Elster River right next to Bad Liebenwerda railway station. The steps parallel to the shore line allow easy access to the boats. A paved boat ramp extends gently into the river and is suitable for the use of canoes and kayaks.

Water tourers who want to take a rest in Bad Liebenwerda can pull their boats ashore here.
