All coffees are 100% pure Arabica beans, while the espresso coffees are blends of different Arabica beans. The Colombian raw coffees are sourced directly from Colombia from 20 and 400 micro-farmers, respectively, who have each joined together to form a cooperative. All other coffees are imported from Bremen through a raw coffee importer. 

Anyone who would like to learn more about coffee can visit the roasting shop and the raw coffee store – in small groups of up to five people – and take part in a roasting demonstration followed by a tasting.

You can also buy all coffee varieties from local sales partners in Herzberg/Elster or the region
