The barefoot park in Beelitz-Heilstätten offers four barefoot paths totalling 3.6 kilometres in length through deciduous, coniferous and beech forests. If you are brave, you can walk over prickly beechnuts and fine glass fragments. Fearless visitors can wade through sticky mud and calf-deep slime. Sand, straw and stones will also tickle your feet. And cold water makes the whole experience perfect.

But that is not all: Over 60 stations in the forest invite you to experience nature with all of your senses and test your skill, endurance and team spirit. There are smell and touch boxes, melody balls, a listening pipe, a tree telephone, a sand pendulum, a ball labyrinth, a group xylophone and more as well as a wild herb garden. The barefoot park is ideal for visually impaired and blind visitors who want to experience the environment through touch.

So you can relax when going barefoot, there are shoe lockers at the entrance to the barefoot park as well as a wash station, a café with regional products and a playground.
