The Clay and Pots Bicycle Tour takes you on a circular route through the north of Hoher Fläming Nature Park. You can take the RE7 and start the tour from Wiesenburg station. On the way, there are numerous places to stop off for refreshments so you can continue your journey feeling re-invigorated. Schmerwitz Estate, for example, is an excellent place to take a break: here you can buy organic products at the farm shop as well as beautiful pottery. Dahlen Estate with its old trees is well worth a visit. From Dahlen, the route goes downhill for a short distance on a main road that unfortunately does not yet have a separate cycle path. Shortly after crossing Riembach stream, a connecting road with little traffic turns off to the right into the forest and leads to Rottstock.

From Rottstock, the tour leads southwards along a beautiful cycle path on the route of the former railway line to the pottery village of Görzke, where you can visit the craft centre with small museums and a farm shop. There is information on the opening hours of the local small family potteries on site. Over a small hill, the route then continues on the cycle path through shady deciduous forests back to Wiesenburg. Be sure to allow time for a visit to Wiesenburg with its castle and beautiful landscape park.
