Handwerkerhof Görzke craftsmen's yard is in the fully converted, former starch plant in the pottery centre. The pottery centre presents its traditional handicraft there, along with permanent exhibitions on a broad range of themes. These include the technical museum with its steam engine, a hunting and forestry museum, the Barbie doll exhibition (1946-1995), an exhibition on writer and poet Eva Zeller and the model exhibition of typical regional buildings. The Sandman figure was made at the former doll factory up until to 1950s. The offering at the former estate is completed by an open air pool, a herb garden and a farm shop with typical Görzke products.

A particular highlight is the annual pottery market in which over 60 potteries from all over Germany participate during the Easter holidays.
