Fischräucherei Brauße has been a family-run business since 1992. Catfish, zander and sturgeon are sustainably raised here. These as well as eels and trout are traditionally processed by hand and smoked over alder wood.

At the newly built farm shop, you can buy fresh products and watch a smoking demonstration. Try our oven fresh smoked fish or delicious fish rolls.

Daily offering:
  • Oven fresh smoked fish
  • Fresh fish, carp, trout, zander, catfish and much more
  • Homemade “Häckerle” fish tartare, salads
