The ice cream factory Urstrom Jerserys produces natural ice cream from the raw milk of Jersey cows. The cows graze on the vast meadows of the Baruther Urstrom Valley and give a very special milk. Through them, the ice cream is not only compatible with milk intolerance, but also particularly creamy. In the production, the team of Urstrom Jersey's ice cream uses regional, handmade, sustainable ingredients and traditional craftsmanship.
