The restaurant in the "Weißer Schwan" hotel has an à la carte restaurant in the bistro, which can accommodate up to 30 people. The large function hall holding 100 people, 80 people with a buffet, and the conservatory holding 75 people, 50 people with a buffet, are both available for private parties and celebrations. There is room for another 150 people on the terrace.
The kitchen team welcomes its guests with seasonal specialities from the region. Fish from local waters have a regular place on the menu as well as the region’s seasonal highlights: asparagus and pumpkin. The young chef de cuisine also attaches great importance to the attractive presentation of the dishes, so that they become a "treat for the eyes” as well as the palate.
