The well-known German folk song “Sabinchen war ein Frauenzimmer” about the fall of a young upstanding service maid was the inspiration for the name of the restaurant, thereby advertising its link to the town of Treuenbrietzen. The restaurant serves homely regional and international cuisine. Its seasonally changing menu features fish and meat dishes with a wide selection of steaks, vegetarian dishes and regional specialities. There are also a number of dishes for children.

The dining area is rustic and furnished with solid wooden tables and holds up to 60 people. The idyllic garden terrace seats a further 70 people under sun sails. A function room for up to 150 people is available for private parties and events.
