Resources were saved especially by 80% reuse of building materials. The house relies on an open space concept, with the basement designed barrier-free. Here you will find the open living area with access to the terrace, a kitchen niche and a barrier-free bathroom. The attic is reached via a creative space-saving staircase. Under the roof there is a sleeping area for two people. In the living area, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping place if needed. Towels and bed linen are provided.
