The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a historic watermill in Niemegk, on the edge of the Hoher Fläming Nature Park, surrounded by meadows, forests and unspoilt countryside. Hiking and walking trails start right outside the mill. The historic mill complex is situated in a peaceful rural setting, around one hour from Berlin.

The approximately 58 m² holiday apartment has a separate entrance and has been ecologically renovated using natural materials such as clay and locally sourced wood. Historic features of the mill blend with modern comforts and individually crafted furniture. At the heart of the apartment is a handmade kitchen with views of the surrounding greenery.

A dining table for four, a cosy living area and a separate sleeping area with a double bed provide space for up to four guests. The sofa can be converted into a full-size bed for two additional guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and streaming options. Ceiling and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate, while the bathroom features a walk-in shower with a special view of the garden. Guests also have access to an idyllic natural garden with seating areas. The outdoor area, accessible via the private courtyard, is screened off from the other parts of the property, offering peace and privacy.

The sunsets and the close connection to nature, with birdsong and views of the surrounding greenery, create a particularly atmospheric setting. The historic watermill, natural surroundings and individually designed holiday apartment combine to create a unique retreat in the Hoher Fläming region. Nearby forests, meadows and trails are ideal for walking and cycling. Attractions such as Bad Belzig, the SteinTherme spa, Rabenstein Castle and the Nature Park Centre in Raben are all within easy reach.
