The family-run hotel in the picturesque town of Zesch am See provides friendly, bright rooms with various facilities. Comfort rooms are available as double or single rooms and have their own bathroom. The hotel also has rooms with shared shower and toilet in the corridor for people on a tighter budget. All rooms are beautifully furnished. A key feature is the well-equipped guest kitchen in which visitors can cook for themselves. Coffee and tea are available free of charge at any time. Breakfast can be booked at a minimal charge.

The bathing area at the lake is just a five minutes’ walk from the hotel. The town itself boasts a number of cafés and restaurants, including an ice cream café, which is well-known and popular throughout the region. Various destinations for a day out, particularly in the south and east of the Fläming region, can be reached quickly by car or on the RB (regional train network). However, the "Märkische Traube" hotel is also an excellent starting point for days out to Berlin or Potsdam.

An insider tip is the hotel’s own wine shop. Local wines from Zesch am See and Baruth/Mark can be tasted and purchased here. The Heilmann family regularly sells game from local forests or prepares delicious game dishes for private parties or events.
