Rabenstein Castle towers over the village of Raben atop the ‘Steiler Hagen’ hill. The castle was considered impregnable for a long time thanks to its location and defences. Built in the mid-twelfth century, it is one of the best-preserved castles in Brandenburg. The 30-metre-high castle tower allows you to cast your gaze over the forests and undulating fields of the Hoher Fläming region, as well as the village of Raben and its pretty brick church at the foot of the hill.

Rabenstein Castle towers over the village of Raben atop the ‘Steiler Hagen’ hill. The castle was considered impregnable for a long time thanks to its location and defences.
