The small family business, which has followed tradition for 100 years, is now run by the fourth generation. Bread is still baked here using natural sourdough and the rolls are shaped by hand.

Enjoy the oven fresh cakes at Caféstube Fritz is in the old Dorfkonsum building. The Hofcafé in the bakery’s garden is open on Sundays and public holidays in good weather. You can watch the baker at work here.
