The marathon course – circular course 4 at 43 kilometres is suitable both as a training course for skate marathons and longer bicycle tours. The course offers both sporty challenges and views that are well worth seeing. In Werder you can allow your gaze to wander as far as Jüterbog and beyond. In Fröden, you can stop to enjoy the view as far as Hohengörsdorf. From Jüterbog, the course carries on through idyllic Fläming villages while at the same time training a skater’s endurance and ability. Stopping at the monuments to the Napoleonic liberation wars around Dennewitz is recommended, but the many other former military facilities in the region are just as interesting. You can cool off on warm days at the open air pools in Oehna and Jüterbog or immerse yourself in the traces of history at Kloster Zinna. Your final destination can be Skate-Arena Jüterbog – Germany’s most attractive track for speedy racing on silent wheels.
