The church is a Medieval cobblestone building with its highly decorative, segmented blind brick panel gable dating from 1500. The church fittings include a beautiful pulpit altar with detailed acanthus work signed G.K. 1716 and an organ and gallery dating from the second half of the 19th century. A document was found at the top of the tower in 1976.
