The undisputed highlight is the epitaph (1611-13) of Christoph Dehne from Magdeburg (marble, alabaster and sandstone): The family of Heino von Brösicke are represented as three-dimensional sculptures praying before a scene depicting the entire history of salvation.

The wooden altarpiece dating from 1600 shows the Last Judgement and the Last Supper. 16 little crests are reminders of the von Brösicke family and their forefathers. The Baroque painted wood-beamed ceiling in the nave of the church and the patronage box dates from about 1690.

Viewings available. For appointments and key, see the notice board or contact Päwesin parish office (Hauptstrasse 39, 14778 Beetzsee, district of Brielow, telephone +49 33838-40226).
