The parish church of St. Marien “Unser lieben Frauen” (Church of Our Lady) in Pritzerbe was newly consecrated in 1783 after the previous building was partially destroyed in a town fire in 1773. The church is a simple, plastered hall made of brick with five rounded arch windows running lengthways; the church tower has an octagonal cupola dating from 1786. The organ and its beautiful Rococo front dates from 1737 and was made by the organ builder J. Wagner. Originally, it was at a military orphanage in Potsdam, then in the Berlin garrison church and was finally moved to Pritzerbe in 1792.

The gallery, which runs all the way around the interior of the church, rests on Tuscan columns. The pulpit altar is connected to the gallery. The painting of the gallery dates from 1938 and was done by church painter Robert Sandfort. On the altar side, the four Evangelists are depicted using angel and animal symbols. To the left of the altar is a tiled stove from Plau dating from 1740 with rich cartousche decoration.
