Five ceramic artists have been living and working on a farm in Glindow since 2011, which they have been gradually renovating. They have created five ceramic studios with exhibition space in the old outbuilding. Jule Grade and Julia Winter manufacture individual dishes, which cannot fail to captivate with their forms and colours as well as their subtle natural images. Claudia Winter’s crockery is enhanced by self-painted floral motifs that are applied using a monoprint technique. This creates the impression of a fusion of ceramics and natural painting. Martin Grade produces organic-looking plastics that reminiscent of corals. The sculptures created by Mike Wagner are colourful and combine organic round shapes with painted two-dimensional elements.
The workshops only open by telephone pre-booking in the months of January to March.
