The venison, consisting of wild boar, deer and roe deer, comes exclusively from the forests of Brandenburg and is processed with the utmost care. After being marinated for 24 to 48 hours, the meat is seasoned well and baked traditionally in a stone oven on beechwood embers without the addition of preservatives or flavor enhancers. This process gives the meat an incomparable aroma and juicy tenderness.
