The range consists of leberwurst, liver pates, lard and various types of sausage, which are available at the farm shop. The range also includes ostrich egg pasta, ostrich fat and soap as well as ostrich dusters and ostrich feathers. Home-made gherkins and naturally cloudy apple juice are also available to buy.
