Wolfgang Schröder fishes in West Havelland - and is the fourth generation to do so. From May to September, he shows guests how the draught net technique is used on Lake Gülper See in Havelland. Anyone who wants to go along must be ready to help out. Wearing a chest wader and a waterproof jacket, you stand in the still water up to your belly and pull the large net through the lake to catch zander, pike or bream. The catch can be purchased at his farm shop in Strodehne.

With us you get fresh, regional products for a cozy picnic or your next bike or hiking tour. Our bag of "enjoyment to take away" always contains something hearty, something sweet and a drink:

Small bag 1: fish rolls, cake, Gessner Brause (lemon, orange, tropical, cola), beer, water

Small bag 2: piece of smoked fish with rolls, cake, Gessner soda, beer, water

Small bag 3: Potato salad with rolls, cake, Gessner soda

Small bag 4: Small glass of brawn, räuscherfischsülze or roe cream with rolls, cake, Gessner soda, beer, water

Large bag: Large glass with pickled fish (carp in tomato stock, sour roast bream, sour roast carp and 2 rolls, cake, Gessner soda, beer, water
