Over 150 medicinal plants grow on the 400-square metre Apothecary Garden adjacent to the pharmacy. The plants are arranged into 12 themed areas, which focus on different complaints. Clearly laid out display panels use images to describe the composition, active ingredients and their application, as well as the harvesting months of the active substance-rich plant parts. Milow Apothecary Garden is one of 30 apothecary gardens in Germany and is the only one in the state of Brandenburg.

The garden can be visited from Monday to Saturday from May to October. There is a charge for guided tours, which need to be booked by telephone.
