Guests of the Schmokenberg restaurant can enjoy modern interpretations of traditional and contemporary dishes. The owner and the head chef cooperate to develop a young menu with seasonal ingredients produced in the local region. In addition to this, the menu includes alternating dishes from around the world. The cuisine is joyful, innovative and down to earth. All dishes are freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients, great craftsmanship and dedication. Special regional treats include locally farmed Wagyu beef fillet, entrecôte and burgers, as well as dishes featuring zander and pike from the river Havel just outside the door. The Schmokenberg restaurant and the conservatory with its freely suspended sunny terrace that is a perfect place to relax during the day or at night, are in the main hotel building. There is also a bar, a sauna area and an on-site art gallery. Parties, conferences and cultural events are held in the big function room. A terrace in the park resembles a historic dance floor under linden trees.
