The 40 m² holiday flat for 2+2 people is located in the immediate vicinity of Einstein's idyllic summer house and right next to the forest. The modern wooden house is spacious and flooded with light. The holiday flat facing the garden has its own beautiful sun terrace surrounded by greenery with garden furniture, lawn, table tennis, barbecue and small Zen garden. You can enjoy the sun here until late in the evening. Children can use the sand playground, trampoline and tree house.

The flat is furnished with cosy warm oak wood flooring, the living room with modern fitted kitchen and seating platform at the dining area, solid wood furniture and a beautiful sofa in the living room.  In the fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, toaster etc.) you can cook wonderfully.

A small separate bedroom with 1.80 m box-spring beds and a cosy designer bathroom with bathtub complete the holiday flat. A huge panoramic window provides a view of the garden.

The house on the edge of the forest offers ideal opportunities for holistic relaxation - at any time of year. Hiking or cycling outside - inside in the private sauna on the roof terrace, which can be booked separately. In spring and autumn, you can cool off in the swimming pool and then relax on the sauna loungers.

In cooperation with the neighbouring naturopath's practice at the Einsteinhaus, you can choose from a range of treatments.

In their leisure time, the Havel lakes also offer endless opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. Even Albert Einstein used to relax here on his sailing boat. In addition to fishing, rowing, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and sailing, you can also get your sports boat licence for motorboats and sailing boats during your holiday. Sailing, rowing, paddle or motor boats can be rented and operated without a licence. A huge forest area starts right behind the house, ideal for hours of hiking, Nordic walking or cycling. Berlin and Potsdam are easily accessible by bus and train.
