The holiday home is in the middle of a large garden with a fire pit and barbecue facilities, and provides space for up to four guests across 50 square metres. There is a bedroom with double bed and a living room and bedroom with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The home is heated by a cosy wood-burning stove.

The holiday apartments are of different sizes ranging from 25 to 75 square metres, provide space for two to four people, and have a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, some with a bath tub. This large holiday apartment has its own landing stage. All apartments have an outdoor area with barbecue facilities and a place to leave bicycles. A rowing boat can be used for trips on the small Lake Beetzsee.
