The warmly furnished house has a bedroom with double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two more people. The living room includes a dining area for four people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower.

There is a play area for children in the garden including a climbing tower and an outdoor terrace equipped with a barbecue. A table tennis table can also be used. The European Bicycle Route R1 goes past the property, and there are car parking spaces right in front of it.
