The holiday home ‘Schweizerhaus’ and its two holiday apartments offer a Mediterranean ambience on the outskirts of Berlin. The house is located on a park-like estate with a huge garden lake. The holiday apartment Tessin is located on the ground floor and provides space for a maximum of six people across 160 square metres. It is fitted with three bedrooms, an open living room and bedroom with a dining area overlooking the water, two bathrooms and two terraces. The holiday apartment Luzern is situated on the upper floor and provides spaces for up to eight people across 140 square metres. It includes three bedrooms, an open kitchen and living room area with a large dining area, two bathrooms and two balconies.

Both apartments were built in an environmentally friendly way using wood, have underfloor heating and are accessible. The apartments are mostly furnished in an art nouveau style. The sitting room has a wood-burning fireplace and the open eat-in kitchen is furnished in a modern style. There is a sauna in the building. Guests can park on the property.
